Create New Folder

The user can create a new folder by following these steps:

1. Right-click anywhere on the desktop or in the file explorer.
2. Hover over "New" in the context menu that appears.
3. Click on "Folder" in the submenu that appears.
4. A new folder will be created with the default name "New Folder". To rename the folder, right-click on it and select "Rename" from the context menu.
5. Type in the desired name for the new folder and hit Enter.

Alternatively, the user can also create a new folder by using keyboard shortcuts. While in the file explorer, press "Ctrl + Shift + N". This will create a new folder with the default name "New Folder". The user can then rename the folder as described above.
